Subpar?! Not a nice thing to say while still in an appreciative crowd!
Man, this page took a whole freakin’ day. I must admit that I spent some time watching some synchronized swimming performances. I have to say, it take a whole lot of skill, practice and timing to pull it off – the timing of the moves with the music is something this comic, sadly, cannot show.

About that pole dance scene, that was inspired by a performance I saw when I went for a holiday. The guy dancer was in mid-air, holding his whole body weight with just his arm tightly against the pole. That’s some serious strength!
